For far too long, the common person has been starved of the truth. Faith in mainstream, established, and traditional sources of information has reached an all-time low. The abundance of readily available examples which highlight the corruption of media and manipulation of narrative in order to impact public opinion for a particular purpose is nauseating. This has tempered an apathetic populace feeling left with little choice except to surround themselves with an echo chamber based upon their own instincts and inclinations.
Some have set out to tell the truth. They have found themselves defamed, censored, maliciously prosecuted, maligned, pressured, and sometimes even worse in order to keep them quiet. The increasing centralization of journalism with the powers they were created to hold accountable has led to increased manipulation and the inability for truth to prevail.
That is why the Carolina Intelligence Group is not a news or journalistic organization. Instead, we are an intelligence organization first, but with the interest of providing valuable intelligence to the common man. We will continue to creatively develop our channels of delivering intelligence directly to the common person as times evolve.
For now, we welcome you to follow along with us as we begin publishing our first bits of intelligence. One thing you will notice is that we take a very objective approach to the information we publish. We focus less on narrative and more on fact. You will also notice that when we provide information, we rank and analyze the credibility of the sources from which the information was derived. We hope to create a source of truth accessible to the common man about different sources of information and evolving situations throughout the world, providing you with the truth.
